An ex-pilot and human physiology expert with 10,000+ hours of teaching experience, He has studied and shared his knowledge in various disciplines such as crossfit, Kettlebell,FMA Kali, Tai Chi, Indian Gada & Mudgal and Steel MaceFlow. With over 800 hours of yoga & pranayama training behind him with some of the best teachers in the field, Veer's technical approach to Yoga makes him an expert in the field of Yoga and Pranayama. In his free time, Veer enjoys leading Himalayan Yoga Hikes, Cold Immersions and Forest Survival Hikes.

Her experience in health care as a registered nurse in the Philippines has led her to shift focus more on preventive and rehabilitative care through the practice of Yoga and Movement Arts. A dance-movement enthusiast and a mother of two, she firmly believes in empowering and guiding women to be the best version.Claire is India's first Nicklestick Balintawak Trainer, a flowartist and specializes in prenatal-postnatal care. Her approach to Vinyasa reflects both healing and fun side of her.
