Why "Kasrat"?

It means "exercise" and "abundance.", but to us, it also loosely translates to "tightening the screws." Our bodies need to be able to withstand grander forces and stay connected to primal movement patterns. The only way to do this is to embody an abundant approach to exercise rather than the sweaty, tiring, injury-prone mishmash of information.

Our objective is to create movement diets suited for your body that best facilitate day-to-day functional living. With the right mix of basic mobility and reconditioning of well-researched mechanics, we hope to ignite a spark of redefining healthy movement for you and unlearning the illusions of our comfort.
